This is a residence plan of a family in 20s and their daughters favorably near to the Showa-Kinen Park. The husband is a Charles Ray Eames lover and his wife is a homemaker.
The plan initiated with a concept of clients who are busy with parenting and working wish to share relaxing time and adequate sunlight and wind.
The 1st floor adopts RC to keep wide spans for a large garage juxtaposing the masters beloved Dodge Ram Van and the wifes cherished SMART while the upper floors adopt flexible timber structure.
The top part of the wellhole has triangular top lights on a slanted dimension (the diagonal limit) and this aspect performs a spectacular starlit sky view.
The 3rd floor lays sequential space from the living room for kids to play the piano. The bedroom accessible from the roof balcony is a productive scene where residents and friends can associate and appreciate fireworks in the park.
Masterpieces of Eames furniture arranged in each room are another attractive feature of this modern residence.
