The plot is located in a green abundant area next to where the wifes parents live.
The client is a couple, the master works at an optomechanical instruments company. This project initiated with the concept that they wished to live with the wifes parents.
The plan assumed for wind and green shapes as a zigzag line and arranges an inner balcony to secure maximum acres. The highlighted kitchen and the living lounge connect gently as one room.
The outer walls adopt photocatalystic coatings for high quality maintenance. The verdant view which can be seen from every position will provide serenity to the residents.
奥様の実家の隣にある敷地は閑静な住宅地で周辺には緑も多く大変恵まれた環境にあります。
建主は光学機器メーカーにお勤めのご主人と奥様。若いお2人が両親の家の隣に自分達の家をつくるべく計画がスタートしました。
風と緑のポジションを想定しながらつくりあげたプランは、稲妻形のプランでそれぞれにインナーバルコニーを設けることで、面積以上の広さを体感することができます。
コミュニケーションキッチンとリビングラウンジは緩やかに切り結ばれ、一体感がありながらもそれぞれの空間として主張しあっています。
どこからでも緑が眺められる空間は家族に安らぎをもたらしてくれるに違いありません。
